Being the bigger person is never the wrong thing to do, not for you or a Brand. What is key to understand is you need to be self aware, I very much understand why some may be turned off by my style, I am loud, I am intense, I am hyper, I curse at times, I bring it and believe it and never waver. I am very much respect what people think about me, because at the end of the day the Customer (the consumer of the content) is ALWAYS RIGHT! The other take away is other people are watching you or your brand and how you will handle things
And it of course never hurts to make sure that everyone sees you being nice too. :) Not really sure how someone could come away with that negative of an opinion of Gary. He’s honestly very down to earth, maybe nic’s just into false modesty or something.
