Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln

I finally got to see this attraction when we were in Disneyland last time.  I really enjoyed it.  Of course I love the Hall of Presidents too, but I think I prefer this one.  We actually only went because we were waiting for our reservation at Cafe Orleans. We should have gone sooner!

You never know until you try, right?  :)
Getting to spend every day at the Animal Kingdom Lodge might be worth it!

Lemonade Mouth

So I must be getting old.  I caught bits of the new “Smash Hit” Lemonade Mouth and I have to say that for all the sense it made to me it might as well have been teletubbies.  I get a kick out of Wizards of Waverly Place and some of the other Disney Channel offerings that aren’t targeted at my demographic, but this thing just left me baffled.  Anyone a big fan?

Wedding Time?

Okay, I’m still going to characterize the idea of me getting married as “far fetched,” but I think if I ever do my wedding cake will be Disney.  I feel like lots of people would think that’s cheesy, but I sort of think all of their weddings are ridiculous too, so maybe it’s only fair.  Besides it’s important to have the things you love represented at your marriage, right?

Canada F&W Booth

Great report on WDW For Grownups about the Canada Booth.  Everything looks delicious, but what would you expect from the Le Cellier crowd?

OMG OMG OMG Food and Wine is Here!

It’s finally here:  The Disney Food and Wine Festival is a reality.  I went by the park today and the lines were already pretty bad at 11 am.  Tried a bunch of the food.  Of course I’m linking to DFB’s coverage as AJ does the best stuff.  You MUST check out her Booth Pages.  She has pictures of all of the food as well as the booths.  A must visit!

La Hacienda De San Angel Open!

Woo it’s open!  Disney Food Blog has the menu here.  I personally am somewhat unimpressed by the prices and the selection, but of course I’m a bit of a snob when it comes to Mexican food.  I suspect that they’re pricing in the view of Illuminations into the dinner menu.

Either way I’m likely to try it the next time I’m there.

Free Dining Forever and Ever!

I’m not a big fan of Free Dining, but for those of you who see this as good news:

Free Dining Extended into 2011

You heard me correctly — 2011

Speaking of Disney Restaurants

Here’s a list of Disney Restaurants where you can rate them.  It’s not complete yet but I’ve noticed that they’ve been adding to them.  Plus the ones I want to vote for are already available so I can get a head start.  :)
